Expedition Description: P4 Light Lab Adventures: Explore Energy, Light & Electricity at BUEI
With strong links to the Cambridge Primary Stage 4 Science curriculum (4Pf.01- 4Pf.04, 4Ps.01- 4Ps.03, 4Pe.03- 4Pe.04) and a focus on literacy through science, this expedition supports students to:
- Make connections to Bermuda’s ocean environment and bioluminescent marine life
- Explain how we see objects through reflected light
- Use scientific vocabulary in full sentences
- Explore how light behaves (reflection, refraction, colour)
- Investigate simple circuits and energy transfer
