I hereby waive any and all rights and claims for damages against the Bermuda Education Network, its staff, volunteers and Partner Organisations in relation to any injury sickness, loss, misfortune, or damage which may occur in the execution of their respective duties.

In the event that my child experiences injury or sickness during an expedition, or if my child is involved in an accident, the Summer Learning Programme Director, Teachers and/or staff are permitted to arrange first aid and medical care and should contact me as soon as possible.
